The Mississippi Biodiversity Project came to us to develop a full campaign (on a non-profit budget, of course) to save the Mississippi River—no easy task. We came up with an old school river boat that would serve as a mobile community, connecting the 10 states Ol' Miss touches, plus the many others that are directly or indirectly affected by its habitat. The river boat will run from Minnesota to Louisiana in 90 days, the same amount of time it takes one drop of water to travel the same route.

Along the way, the boat would pick up crafts, art, music bands (to perform "Tribute-taries"), poets, and cuisine, then bringing it to the next stop and sharing the previous goodies. This would continue all the way down the river, illustrating to participants just how connected to the river they are, and therefore, how important it is to protect.

Here is a report we created detailing the entire campaign.
